Gravitas built the upgraded Sentry a notch bigger and heavier than its entry-level sibling, then balanced the section so it still feels natural in hand. Triple-start ACME threads on the cap release in 2.25 turns, and a Delrin sleeve lets you post the cap without marking the barrel.

Cut from a solid rod of aluminium, this version gets a bead-blasted anodised finish in black, a texture Gravitas hadn't used before. Two o-rings handle the details: a black one keeps the section-to-barrel joint solid, and a red one seals the cap shut and stops it working loose. The 25mm-long stainless steel alloy section tapers from 13.25mm to 11.5mm, wears a black PVD coating and has circular grooves machined in for grip. Cap and barrel are anodised black with a matte texture.

A size 6 steel nib made by Gravitas runs on an ABS plastic feeder and comes in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium and Broad; Jowo No. 6 threads are compatible with it.* Every pen arrives with a standard international plug-in cartridge converter.
