Caneta-tinteiro Gravitas Pocket Aluminum Cherry Velvet

The Gravitas Pocket is one of the most popular picks in the whole line-up. It's a portable, durable pocket pen built for people who write away from a desk, and the Cherry Velvet finish gives this aluminum version its own character. Body and cap are machined from 6061-T651 aluminum and anodized, while the section is machined from 304 stainless steel with a black PvD coating and micro-machined circular grooves for texture and grip.

The upgrade series caps with an ACME thread profile. That changes how the cap feels going on and gives a better seal inside. The cap is lined with Delrin and fitted with double-start threads, so it unscrews smoothly in just 1.25 turns. One side carries a machined flat facet that works as a practical roll stop. Post it and the Pocket becomes a full-sized writing instrument in the hand. Anodized and bead blasted, the surface of the Pocket Aluminum gives a rewarding tactile feel.

A Gravitas-produced size 6 steel nib runs with an ABS plastic feeder, and the pen is compatible* with Jowo No. 6 threads. Nib options are Extra Fine, Fine, Medium and Broad. Every Pocket fountain pen ships with a standard international small cartridge converter.
