Translucent smoked resin makes the Dark Crystal the showpiece of the Homo Sapiens line. What you see through the barrel is the precision underneath — the internals laid out for anyone curious enough to look. A polished black brass clip and an ivory-accented Visconti logo set off the body.

Visconti builds these pens from a blend of volcanic lava and resin. Durable, naturally moisture-resistant, silky in the hand. Metal components get the same meticulous finish as the soft, tactile resin, and the Hook Safe Lock system seals the cap to keep leaks out of the picture.

Newly developed 14kt gold nib, now standard across the Homo Sapiens collection, tuned for precision, comfort and elegance.
