Sailor Pro Gear Slim Shikiori Amaoto Fountain Pen - Harusame Spring Rain

Rain has its own vocabulary in Japan, and Sailor built the Shikiori "Amaoto" line around it. Amaoto means the sound of rain. This is the Harusame edition, the spring rain, one of four seasonal names in the series.

Green plants push up in spring, thicken through summer, carry on into autumn, then sleep through winter. Rain lands on that greenery and makes a sound. Droplets catch light; the view softens and blurs. Each season shifts the look of the leaves beneath the falling water.

Same color, different picture in every head. That's the idea behind these nature-themed tools, made to sit in your daily writing life rather than a display case.
