This collection draws inspiration from the Shiba Inu and Akita Inu, native to Japan's mountainous regions and historically used for hunting. Now celebrated as national treasures, these breeds represent core Japanese virtues of loyalty, bravery, and dignity. The profound loyalty of these dogs is epitomized by Hachiko, the Akita Inu who faithfully waited for his late master at Shibuya station for nearly a decade.
The 1911 Profit Jr "Shiba Inu Jr" fountain pen features a stainless steel nib – either Medium Fine or Fude nib! The body is in orange resin inspired by the iconic dog's color and is complimented by the nickel chrome plated clip and cap ring.
