Kilk and Neil (wastedpaper) teamed up for the first time on the Chicago fountain pen. Neil's resin theme takes its cue from Chicago, and Jonathon Brooks of Carolina Pen Company turned that idea into the material itself. Kilk then finished it as their Epigram model. An engraved silver band picks out the Chicago skyline, and it pops against the resin's bold reds. The set pairs a fountain pen with a Kilk stainless steel nib and adds an extra JoWo #6 engraved with the WastedPaper logo for a cohesive touch.

Two finishes are offered, glossy and matte. Glossy gives you a sleek, reflective shine; matte keeps things understated. Each version comes with its own specially engraved JoWo #6 nib: the matte carries the classic WastedPaper logo, and the glossy shows a vibrant red WastedPaper logo for extra visual impact.

JB Pen Blanks Maintenance: Jonathon of Carolina Pen recommends Rapido Eze for stubborn ink stains. The cleaner is safe on all plastics and dissolves ink buildup in hard-to-reach spots, threads and crevices included. Soak the pen in a concentrated solution for about 10 minutes in an ultrasonic cleaner, then rinse with water and it looks new again.
