Gravitas Pocket Fountain Pen in Anodized Aluminum Blue

Travel light without giving up a real writing tool. The Pocket from Gravitas is machined from 6061-T651 aluminum, bead blasted and anodized, and the blue finish hides everyday pocket wear well. Grip comes from a 304 stainless steel section coated in black PvD, with micro-machined circular grooves cut into it for texture.

Capping has moved to an ACME thread profile on the upgraded series, so the seal inside the cap is tighter and the twist feels better in hand. Delrin lines the cap, and double-start threads mean you're writing after just 1.25 turns. One flat facet on the side doubles as a roll stop, which keeps the pen where you set it down. Post the cap and the Pocket grows into a full-sized pen.

The nib is a size 6 stainless steel unit made by Gravitas, matched to an ABS plastic feeder and compatible with Jowo No. 6 threads. Choose Extra Fine, Fine, Medium or Broad. A standard international small cartridge converter ships in the box.
