Gravitas Flagship Aluminium Fountain Pen in Pine, Torpedo Shape

Beginners and experienced writers who want a big pen get a solid match in the Upgraded Gravitas Flagship. A clean, minimalist-industrial Bauhaus influence meets the enduring torpedo form of classic writing instruments. Uncapping is smooth and fast, since the ACME thread profile needs only one full turn, which helps with quick notes. Micro-machined grooves add grip, while the 28 mm section tapers from 12mm to 11mm for a hold that stays comfortable.

Every part is machined from one solid block of aluminum, then anodized and bead blasted for its surface texture. Silicon nitride finials at the top and end add a layer of protection. The fitted Gravitas nib is Jowo-compatible* and comes in extra fine, fine, medium and broad. A push-in standard international cartridge converter is included with each pen.

*When you swap for a different nib unit, checking the fitment of the new nib is your responsibility. We aren't responsible for damages that may occur from the use of non-Gravitas nibs or nib units.

Posting isn't possible on the Flagship. Used uncapped, the pen feels very comfortable, and the aluminum series delivers the same Flagship shape and size with less weight than the stainless steel versions.
