Gravitas Dinkey Rainbow Skittle PvD Fountain Pen

The Dinkey Skittle keeps things small and easy to carry, but the real story here is the finish. Gravitas built this one around a set of materials the lineup hadn't used before, and the aluminium body carries a PvD coating that shows a full spectrum of colours across the barrel and cap.

Compact doesn't mean featherweight. In the Dinkey range, the Skittle sits somewhere in the middle on the scales, so it feels balanced in hand rather than top-heavy.

Inside the cap, a Delrin insert lines the walls to keep scratches off the finish when you post. The section is stainless steel, with an o-ring sitting at the thread point where it meets the barrel. Feeding it is simple: small Standard International ink cartridges.

Up front you get a Gravitas #6 steel nib, threaded and compatible* with a Jowo size 6 nib unit. Pick from extra fine, fine, medium or broad, all paired with a standard plastic feeder.

*when swapping for a different nib unit you are sole responsible for checking the fitment of the new nib - we are not responsible for any damages that may occur from the use of non gravitas nibs/nib units.
