The Tessera Collection is back, and it brings one of BENU's most comfortable pen designs with it. Mosaic art sparked the original idea: a pattern on the barrel that mimics cube-shaped tiles called tesserae, giving the pen a faceted look you notice right away.
This redesigned Tessera keeps those cube-shaped elements but shifts toward a more understated, almost classic style rather than BENU's usual vivid palette, with refined ergonomics and design updates throughout. A matte surface plays against the glossy finish of the inner facets, and the light shifts across the texture as you turn the pen.
The Tessera Galena pairs a deep navy blue, cube-patterned body with steel details, a transparent resin grip, and a cap top and band set with silver colored glitters. A stainless steel nib handles the writing, and a cartridge/converter filling mechanism fills the pen.
