Frosted glass, but make it a pen. Kakimori’s Frost rollerball carries that milky translucency, and the effect does real work here — the internal mechanism shows through the barrel, so the hardware becomes part of the look instead of something hidden.
Form and colour palette were clearly thought through, which is why it still looks composed sitting on a desk. The grip section runs longer than most, a help if you hold a pen far from the tip. A screw cap comes free in barely a turn or two, handy for quick notes between meetings. Ink level stays visible, so refilling stops being guesswork.
Cartridges are the usual European type, the sort Pelikan and Kaweco sell, and a Schmidt converter is already attached when the pen arrives. Replacement nibs are available separately if you want to keep the body in service.
