Platinum Classic Maki-e Fountain Pen with 18K Gold Nib

Real gold powder over Urushi lacquer — that's the heart of the Platinum Classic Maki-e. Each pen carries hand-painted traditional motifs that sit slightly raised above the surface, so the design catches light and shadow as you turn the barrel. Depth like that doesn't come from a decal.

The profile is slim, and the narrow 18K gold nib answers quickly to light pressure. Snap the cap, and it posts on the back end if you like a longer pen in hand.
