Carry the Pocket and you hardly notice it until you need it. Gravitas cuts it from a solid rod of polycarbonate, a material that shrugs off impact without cracking or breaking, stays light for its strength, and resists heat. The satin, frosted texture shows the pen's inner workings and, once you convert to eyedropper filling, makes the ink color part of the look.

Triple-start threads release the cap in 1.5 turns, and one flat machined side acts as a roll stop. Posted, this little pen grows into a full-sized writer.

Grip comes from a 25mm stainless steel section that tapers from 11.85mm to 9.8mm, with micro-machined grooves for hold. The size 6 steel nib is Gravitas-made, paired with an ABS plastic feeder and Jowo No. 6 thread compatibility, in extra fine, fine, medium and broad. A standard international cartridge converter ships with every pen.
