Just 555 pieces of the Diplomat XO Triple 5 Fountain Pen exist worldwide. Triple 5 nods to a three-stage refinement process, taking its cue from fine spirits such as rare cognac. Two finishes are offered: Camel Leather and Racing Green Lacquered. Every pen ships in a custom metal box and a handcrafted leather case built only for this line.
The Diplomat XO Camel Leather wears hand-applied genuine camel leather, and the feel is warm and a little vintage — gentlemen's clubs, old car seats, 1970s styling. A metal body sits underneath that leather wrap, and the details hold up under close inspection.
