The Flagship from Gravitas is built for people who want a big, hefty pen in hand, and it works just as well for a first fountain pen as for a long-time collector. Its look mixes the brand's minimalist-industrial Bauhaus lines with the classic torpedo profile, and the whole thing is machined from 304 stainless steel. That solid build gives it a sleek balance and a weight you notice straight away.
One full turn of the cap and you're writing, which makes the Flagship handy for quick notes. The 28mm grip section tapers from 12mm down to 11mm, and micro-machined grooves keep your fingers from sliding.
The top and end finials use silicon nitride for extra protection where the pen is most likely to take a knock. Up front sits a Jowo-compatible* Gravitas nib in extra fine, fine, medium or broad, and a push-in standard international converter comes in the box.
