Conklin® dug into its own archive for the Symetrik Collection — the company opened in 1898 and spent decades turning out writing technology and designs that changed how people put words on paper. Conklin brings one of its old successes back with Symetrik, a line shaped around balance and symmetry. In the hand it feels right. A proportional, streamlined barrel is set off by a chrome clip, band and trim that trace the outline of the pen. Look at the 1930 original and you'll find a half-moon inlay on the cap above the clip, plus enameled rings; this modern version smooths all of that into one continuous design.
